Job Description

Lube Technician - Full-Time Join our professional service team as a Lube Technician, where your energetic approach and mechanical expertise will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied! In this role, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs, ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of safety and performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Conduct oil changes using appropriate tools and procedures. Perform tire service including rotations, replacements, and repairs. Assist with vehicle alignments and brake inspections to maintain safety standards. Use hand tools and power tools. Diagnose basic automotive issues utilizing diagnostic equipment and mechanical knowledge. Maintain cleanliness of work area. Provide excellent customer service with the utmost professionalism. Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred but not required. Hands-on mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and maintenance procedures. Familiarity with vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension, and engines is advantageous. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment essential for daily tasks. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding duties regularly. Service technician experience that demonstrates technical skills and customer interaction capabilities is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent communication skills to support team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
