This is a dedicated commercial fleet position focused on high-volume service and repairs for Ford Transits, Chevy Express vans, RAM Promasters, Freightliner MT55s, and domestic light trucks . Mandatory Prerequisite:

Candidates must possess formal automotive trade school education, a vocational technical degree, or documented completion of a recognized industry apprenticeship program. Entry-level candidates without formal automotive training will not be considered.

What You'll Do:

Perform mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance on commercial vans, shuttle buses, and step-vans. Execute engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs under tight turnaround deadlines. Diagnose fault codes and mechanical failures efficiently to minimize client vehicle downtime. Conduct clear Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) to support our front office team.

Qualifications:

Experience:

10+ years of professional experience servicing domestic fleets, light trucks, or commercial vans.

Formal Education & Training:

Completion of a trade school diploma, vocational program, degree in Automotive Technology (e.g., UTI, Lincoln Tech, community college), or verifiable completion of a formal dealership/fleet apprenticeship program.

Production Mindset:

Strong capability to work efficiently, stay organized, and keep work moving off your lift.

Tools:

Complete personal set of professional hand and power tools, & toolbox.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay:
