We have experienced consistent year-over-year growth and have never had a layoff in our company's history . We're looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager who wants long-term stability, a professional environment, and an opportunity to play an important leadership role in a growing operation.

This is not an entry-level service advisor position. We are looking for an automotive professional who understands how vehicles work, can confidently explain needed repairs and maintenance, knows how to manage workflow, and can help both technicians and service advisors perform at a high level. What You'll Do Support daily service and shop operations alongside senior leadership Manage workflow, scheduling, and vehicle production Help keep technicians productive and jobs moving efficiently through the shop Review inspections, estimates, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs Clearly explain repairs and maintenance to customers Help drive service sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction Monitor vehicle progress and help ensure promised completion times are met Support technicians and service advisors with technical and workflow questions Professionally resolve customer concerns when they arise Help maintain an organized, accountable, high-performing operation Lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment What We're Looking For Previous automotive Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, or similar leadership experience Excellent understanding of how vehicles operate and why repairs and maintenance are needed Strong automotive estimating and repair knowledge Experience managing technicians, workflow, labor, and shop production Strong sales and customer communication skills Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand Proven ability to lead and support a team Organized, dependable, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment A track record of strong customer satisfaction and shop performance Compensation & Benefits 110,000
