About Diehl Auto Repair Diehl Auto Repair is a trusted NAPA Gold AutoCare Center serving the Lisle community with honest service and quality repairs on all makes and models. Our technicians enjoy steady workflow, modern technology, ongoing paid training, and a collaborative environment where everyone works together to succeed. With four established locations and a fifth opening soon, we're committed to helping great technicians build long-term careers. Key Responsibilities Diagnose common drivability, mechanical, and electrical concerns Perform repairs from diagnosis through completion Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, cooling system, and maintenance repairs Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Recommend maintenance and repair needs through accurate inspections Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality work Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians Participate in ongoing paid technical training Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience 3+ years of diagnostic experience Strong mechanical repair abilities Comfortable diagnosing common drivability concerns Experience completing repairs independently Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience required Ability to consistently produce 40+ flagged hours per week European vehicle experience is a plus Combination dealership and independent shop experience preferred Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Earn $75,000
