  • vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. They build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work are performed as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
  • Communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly is imperative to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Your mechanical skills and passion for cars will help keep our customers moving confidently.
This position offers a fast-paced environment where your hands-on skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day. Duties Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs with precision and speed Execute suspension inspections, tire replacements, and basic repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs quickly while maintaining quality standards Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including charge system testing, brake inspections, suspension checks, and light mechanical repairs Support the service team by providing accurate assessments and communicating repair needs clearly to customers Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times Learn & Use the latest in digital Media inspection Video and Photo response. Skills Dealership experience or automotive repair background required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Experience in vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, alignments, tire service, and basic repairs Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle servicing Knowledge of automotive service standards and safety regulations to ensure quality work or willing to learn Join us as a KIA Technician and accelerate your career in the automotive industry!
