Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Express Technician, where you'll play a vital role in delivering quick, efficient, and high-quality automotive services. As an integral part of our service team, you'll perform essential repairs and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability while maintaining a fast-paced environment that keeps customers satisfied and vehicles on the road. Responsibilities Conduct standard passenger car operations including oil changes, tire services, and fluid replacements with precision and efficiency. Perform minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, alignments, and vehicle diagnostics to identify issues quickly. Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete vehicle maintenance tasks accurately. Assist with automotive repair tasks including mechanical repairs, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections. Support automotive service operations by maintaining cleanliness of work areas and ensuring all tools are properly stored after use. Engage with customers professionally to explain services performed and recommend additional maintenance when appropriate. Lift heavy components safely during vehicle servicing to meet safety standards and ensure quality work. Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Proven mechanic experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical repair techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures such as oil changes and coolant flushes. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about vehicle needs. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various positions for extended periods. Basic understanding of wheel alignments, tire servicing, and minor mechanical repairs is desirable. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
