Current valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Personal set of tools to perform standard repair tasks. ASE certifications are highly valued. Basic computer skills for diagnostic software and service documentation. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests to pinpoint issues accurately on Ford vehicles. Execute routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Conduct complex repairs on engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. Document all service work clearly to ensure our customers understand exactly what was done to their vehicle. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency for everyone in the shop. Collaborate with the service advisor team to communicate repair timelines and vehicle needs effectively.
