This is the opportunity you have been searching for! Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. You will utilize your mechanical expertise, technical skills, and attention to detail to diagnose issues accurately and deliver high-quality repairs efficiently. Your dedication will help keep vehicles safe, reliable, and running smoothly. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. There is no cap to what you can bring home. Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrains, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems with precision Utilize schematics and technical manuals to interpret wiring diagrams and repair procedures Service vehicles by replacing parts, performing alignments, wheel balancing, and ensuring proper vehicle maintenance Repair or replace ADAS sensors and calibrate systems for optimal functionality Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and communicate repair findings with service writers/managers Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical background is a plus Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, gasoline & diesel engines, and powertrain components Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and schematics interpretation Familiarity with ADAS calibration procedures and vehicle alignment techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly and professionally Experience working on foreign & domestic brands is a plus but not required Valid automotive technician certification or equivalent mechanic experience is preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Benefits Paid training On-the-job training 401(k) 401(k) match Paid time off Employee discount Relocation assistance Paid holidays Paid lunch program Health clinic program Employee assistance program Professional development assistance Join our team as an Automotive Technician where your expertise will drive excellence in vehicle care! $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
