Job Description

Job Summary We are a fast paced Heating Refrigeration and Generator company with a fleet of vehicles that need regular maintenance. We are seeking a self-motivated individual that is organized and structured to fulfill the daily needs of our technicians' work trucks as well as other vehicles the shop may use. Duties Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic vehicle inspections with precision and efficiency Conduct tire services such as rotations, replacements, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, belt replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks Use hand tools and power tools safely to carry out mechanical work on various vehicle systems Support alignment services by preparing vehicles and assisting technicians as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to uphold safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Skills Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and repairs Experience operating standard passenger cars and understanding vehicle maintenance procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire service or mechanical repairs Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of automotive service standards, including oil changes, alignments, and minor mechanical repairs Join us to be part of a vibrant team !
