process Ability to assemble and troubleshoot 12-volt electro-mechanical systems Ability to debug and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic mechanical systems Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to read mechanical part drawings a plus Education and Experience High school diploma, plus 2-5 years of experience in similar role Working knowledge of data collection and statistics 2-5 years' experience with commercial trailers with pony motors Excellent follow-through Must be driven and self-motivated Teamwork oriented and focused
