Service Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm "Rotating" Duties Greet customers and assist them with their service needs Perform vehicle inspections to determine necessary repairs and maintenance Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a professional manner Assist Team with duties Assist with Supervisory responsibilities Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the service department's workflow Skills To excel in this role, you should have the following capabilities: Strong computer skills Ability to multi-task Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Not Required:
knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures Service or Sales experience (but is a plus)
Requirements:
Valid Indiana Drivers License Clean Driving Record Highschool Diploma / or equivalent

$72,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
