Key Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and

TRANSMISSION

repairs on various makes and models, with a focus on Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning systems. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and fluid checks. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess vehicle issues. Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards for repairs and maintenance. Work efficiently to meet service deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. ASE Certification preferred but not required. Minimum of 2 years Prior experience as an Automotive Transmission Technician. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Ford/Lincoln vehicles is a plus. Ability to operate diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
