About the Shop We seeking an experienced A-Level or strong A/B-Level Automotive Technician in Terre Haute, IN who wants steady work, strong earning potential, and no weekends . You'll work in a new, air-conditioned 14-bay facility with multiple bays per technician, dealer-level diagnostic equipment, and technology for EV and ADAS service. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs Service domestic and import vehicles, including EVs Complete maintenance and drivability repairs Perform major engine and transmission repairs Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Maintain strong billed hours and productivity Work with technicians and apprentices to keep jobs moving Qualifications A-Level or strong A/B-Level automotive technician experience 5+ years of recent automotive repair experience 3-5+ years of diagnostic experience Proven productivity and billed hours Strong job-related communication and teamwork skills ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain them Compensation & Benefits Health insurance through NAPA AutoCare Gold after six months
