Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Assistant Service Advisor to join our team. As an Assistant Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional service to our customers.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Set appointments
- Make phone calls based off customer lists.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for any work required, using your skills in automotive diagnostics and auto estimating.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as oil changes, tire service, and shocks and struts replacements.
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive sales to recommend and promote our products and services to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and recommending loyalty programs or other incentives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and manufacturer guidelines to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, including tire service, oil changes, and shocks and struts replacements.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers.
- Experience in automotive sales, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and auto estimating, with the ability to provide accurate and detailed estimates.
- Familiarity with air brake systems and the ability to diagnose and repair related issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$40,000.00- $55,000.
