Lube Technician Pay:

$15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience Job Summary Holm Automotive Center in Abilene, KS is seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. You'll perform oil changes, fluid checks, and routine maintenance to keep customer vehicles running smoothly. Dealership or automotive shop experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid level checks on a variety of vehicle makes and models Use hand and power tools to complete routine maintenance tasks Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections per dealership standards Keep the work bay clean, organized, and safety-compliant Communicate professionally with service advisors and teammates to keep vehicles moving through the shop Qualifications Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools Dealership or automotive shop experience a plus, but not required Valid driver's license (able to move customer vehicles safely) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule Full-time position with rotating half-day Saturdays.
