Automotive Service Advisor Victory Chevrolet of Ottawa | Ottawa, KS Victory Chevrolet of Ottawa is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. This is a key position in our store. Our Service Advisors are the main point of contact for customers and help guide them through the maintenance and repair process from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is organized, honest, professional, and a strong communicator. Create accurate repair orders and document customer needs clearly. Communicate with technicians to understand inspections, repairs, timelines, and parts needs. Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear and honest way. Keep customers updated throughout the service process. Sell needed work with integrity and build long-term trust. Schedule appointments and help manage the daily service flow. Review completed work with customers and close repair orders accurately. Work as a team with technicians, parts, sales, and management.
