Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs. Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and transparently. Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission diagnostics to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work. Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and answering questions. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage service writing documentation efficiently. Qualifications Knowledge of automotive systems including transmissions, air brakes, alignments, shocks & struts, tire service, oil changes, suspension work, brake repairs, and more. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicles confidently. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
