We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Technician who is experienced with light duty and medium duty diesel vehicles to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on efficiency, minimal rework, and a professional approach to all aspects of their work. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, with a focus on light duty and medium duty diesel engines. Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and services with a focus on quality and efficiency. These may include engine and transmission replacements, as well as repairs to electrical systems, brakes, steering and suspension systems, and climate control systems. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Document work performed on all vehicles accurately

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as an automotive technician and/or a diesel technician specializing in light-duty and medium-duty diesel vehicles. Certification from ASE, completed manufacturer training, or equivalent work experience. Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for up to 9 hours Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance Ability to work in confined spaces and in varying weather conditions Ability to bend, kneel, and squat, and use either or both arms for reaching in all directions. $30.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 per week
