Duties Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately. Conduct tire rotations, balance tires, and assist with wheel alignments to optimize vehicle performance. Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, leaks, or safety concerns during service visits. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Assist with vehicle inspections for automotive diagnostics and identify potential repair needs. Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, oil change procedures, tire service, and vehicle maintenance. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic understanding of automotive service standards and safety protocols. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent is a plus but not required.
