We service our fleet as well as outside customers through our professional and well-maintained truck and trailer shop that includes parts and wash bay operations. The Ideal Candidate Mechanic who can help maintain, diagnose, and repair a fleet of commercial trailers in a diesel repair shop. Ability to work cooperatively in a team and with other employees across the company. Self-starter, motivated to apply abilities throughout each shift, producing personal-best quality work in a productive and ethical manner. Professional demeanor with good communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Driven to keep a clean, safe work space and work habits. Reliable with an exceptional attendance record and proven ability to perform at a high productivity level without sacrificing attention to detail and quality. Willingness and ability to follow basic to complex policies, procedures, and protocols. Sound verbal and written communication skills. Good basic math abilities. Skilled in proper lifting techniques and ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Proven abilities with industry systems and devices; good computer skills.
