Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Accessory Technician, where your expertise will drive vehicle customization and enhancement! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of automotive accessories and mechanical systems. Your hands-on skills and automotive knowledge will help ensure our customers' vehicles are equipped with top-quality upgrades and accessories, delivering exceptional service and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive parts while honing your mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install, repair, and upgrade automotive accessories such as bed covers, step bars, hitches, spray in bed liners, lighting, undercoating, lift kits and other vehicle enhancements with precision and care Conduct vehicle inspections to assess accessory compatibility and identify mechanical or electrical issues Diagnose mechanical systems problems related to accessories and perform necessary repairs or replacements Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and quality control procedures Assist in vehicle electrical system troubleshooting, including wiring, lighting, and electronic accessory integration Experience Prior experience working with trucks, jeeps, and work vans in an automotive repair or accessory installation setting is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair processes Familiarity with automotive parts, accessories, and electrical systems is essential Proven ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized auto repair equipment safely and effectively Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients is a plus Mechanic experience involving automotive electrical systems repair or heavy lifting tasks will be advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing vehicles through expert accessory installation! Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
