This is your opportunity Monday thru Friday Very busy service department As an Automotive Service Advisor you are the main person that our customers will be contacting when they need repairs to their vehicle. You are the person that will be advising them through the entire service process. Repairs to a customer's vehicle is an investment we want them to feel comfortable with. Therefore it is your responsibility to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible, by keeping the customer informed and updated on the status of their vehicle. We are interested in building a relationship with our customers and their satisfaction is always our number one goal. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred. Must be customer driven, with proven C.S.I. record. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, deal with busy phones, walk in customers and technicians. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, some college helpful. Professional personal appearance. Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
