Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Your expertise in vehicle maintenance and automotive diagnostics will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality service. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair automotive systems including powertrain, electrical, and ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems). Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively. Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate findings to customers. Collaborate with team members to align on best practices for repairs and customer service. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Uphold safety standards while working on vehicles in the shop. Experience Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role within a dealership or independent shop. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and software. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Experience working with various vehicle makes and models is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
