Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$24.96/hour base plus bonus

$52,000-$100,000 annually Introduction We are seeking an experienced A or B Level Automotive Technician to join a busy independent repair shop in Gonzales, Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong diagnostic skills who enjoys heavy-line repairs and wants to grow with a well-established team. You'll earn a weekly paycheck with a base hourly rate plus bonus opportunities while working a Monday through Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and heavy-line automotive repairs. Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and air conditioning systems. Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Document repairs and inspections using Tekmetric shop management software. Work closely with the service team to communicate repair recommendations. Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work environment. Stay current with industry training and ASE certification requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Experience performing heavy-line repairs. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and A/C systems. ASE certifications required. Professional, organized, and dependable work habits. Comfortable using computer systems and digital shop software. Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus performance bonus. Annual earning potential of $52,000-$100,000 based on productivity and bonus plan. Weekly pay. Profit-sharing retirement plan. Paid holidays. PTO. Paid ASE certifications.
