We are looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV systems. Applicants with knowledge about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful RV Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry experience required. At least one year of RV/Trailer technician experience required. The hourly rate for this role is: $15.00-40.00.

Duties:

Examine, troubleshoot and diagnose units needing repair and maintenance. Do all repairs and install parts; trailer must be 100% complete. Reading and writing repair orders, including taking and uploading all required pictures. Troubleshoot, repair and conduct maintenance on any and all RV components. Install, repair, replace and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, cabinets, counters, plumbing systems, electrical systems, propane gas systems, batteries, etc. Use manuals, catalogues and internet websites to conduct repairs on parts or components. Other duties as assigned. Install hitches and brake controls. Qualified candidate will have the following: Minimum of 1-year experience in the RV or carpentry industry. Hands on experience in construction/carpentry. Electrical experience. Experience with hitch work and brake controls. Must be able to work outside or in an un-climate controlled environment. Good hand-eye coordination. Positive attitude and attention to detail. Ability to understand and communicate information. Ability to read a tape measure and use various hand tools. Willing to work Saturdays until noon as needed.
