About Us High Octane Classics in Auburn MA is one of New England's premier classic and performance vehicle dealerships, specializing in collector-quality American muscle cars, vintage classics, and performance vehicles. Every day is different, you'll work on restorations, performance upgrades, repairs, and maintenance on collector-quality vehicles. No repetitive warranty work, just exciting projects on some of America's most desirable classics. Job Overview We're looking for an experienced Classic American Car Technician to diagnose, repair, restore, and maintain classic American vehicles. We're also willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical skills, a solid work ethic, and a passion for classic cars. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair engines, drivetrains, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, fuel, and cooling systems. Perform engine rebuilds, restorations, and performance upgrades. Complete routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Troubleshoot drivability and electrical concerns. Prepare vehicles for delivery, shows, and customer use. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Qualifications Experience working on classic American vehicles preferred. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Experience with carbureted engines, classic electrical systems, or restoration work is a plus. Welding or fabrication experience is a plus. ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Work on collector-quality vehicles instead of high-volume production work. Work on iconic American muscle cars every day.
