Ron Bouchard's Nissan is seeking "B" and "C" level technicians for our growing Nissan Service Department!

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and fluid services. Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance according to factory guidelines. Perform tire mounting, balancing, repairs, and wheel alignments (if qualified). Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, and other vehicle systems, recommending repairs as needed. Assist with diagnosing and repairing basic mechanical and electrical concerns under the guidance of senior technicians. Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings. Maintain accurate repair orders, technician notes, and time records. Follow all manufacturer repair procedures and dealership quality standards. Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining a high level of workmanship. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations. Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools. Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding vehicle status and repair recommendations.
