Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments Generating repair estimates Conducting post-repair follow-up Resolving customer complaints Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle by phone or text Selling needed service work and offering financing options

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills Ability to engage and educate customers on repair work needed Ability to work with little supervision The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred
