Level A / B or Master Automotive Technician Come join our High performing team as an auto technician! Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Level A or B Technician who is passionate about servicing vehicles and committed to delivering dealership-level quality with independent shop efficiency. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives on advanced diagnostics, values craftsmanship, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections (DVI), diagnostics, and repairs on European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles Accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical systems Execute repairs with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail Collaborate closely with service advisors and fellow technicians Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Stay current with evolving automotive technology and systems Qualifications 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic ability ASE certifications are a plus (increased compensation for certs) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team Professional demeanor and commitment to high standards What We Offer Competitive compensation with performance-based earning potential Ongoing training and advancement opportunities State-of-the-art equipment and a clean, well-organized facility Health benefits, paid time off, and holidays A team-oriented culture that respects your skill and invests in your growth
