We're hiring Quick Lube/Oil Change Technicians for a express oil change shop opening in Central Massachusetts. Prior experience with cars, repairs, or oil change service is preferred, but we'll train the right person. What we can't teach is attitude, trust, reliability, and a genuine desire to do good work. A direct path into leadership as we open additional locations throughout New England. What You'll Do Build trusting relationships with customers. Drain and replace motor oil and filters. Check and top off all fluids. Inspect and adjust tire pressure. Test and replace air filters, wipers, and cabin air filters as needed. Keep the shop clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout your shift. Engage and delight customers—explain services, make honest recommendations, and make sure they leave satisfied. Offer customers coupons and greet/welcome customers Customer interaction is a core part of this job. You're not just working on cars—you're representing the shop every time you connect with a customer. We want people who are friendly, confident, and trustworthy. The path looks like this:

What We're Looking For Prior experience with cars, oil changes, or automotive service is preferred; mechanically inclined fast learners are welcome to apply. Strong customer service skills—you genuinely enjoy working with and helping people. Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record. This matters a lot to us. Eagerness to learn, grow, and move up—we want people with ambition. Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced shop environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, and work in varying temperatures. Must be 18 or older.

Qualifications Hands-on experience with vehicles, oil changes, or automotive maintenance. A genuine interest in people, cars, and trucks. Previous customer-facing experience in any industry—retail, food service, trades, etc. Physical & Work Environment On your feet for most of your shift in an active shop setting. Lifting, bending, crouching, and working with your hands throughout the day. Exposure to varying temperatures, moderate noise, and vehicle exhaust.
