We work almost exclusively on Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and MINI vehicles. We don't rely on tools described as "factory-level." We use the same diagnostic equipment, software, service information, and specialized tools that the manufacturers supply to their new-car dealers. Our experienced team includes ASE Certified Master Technicians with more than 90 years of combined European automotive experience. The Position This is not a volume shop, and this is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an A or B technician who takes pride in doing the job correctly. European experience is preferred, but we will also consider a strong technician who has solid fundamentals, diagnostic ability, and a genuine desire to become an accomplished European specialist. You don't need to know everything. You do need to care about the quality of your work and want to keep getting better. What You'll Do Service, diagnose, and repair European vehicles Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability problems Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, service information, and repair procedures Work alongside experienced BMW and Mercedes-Benz specialists Focus on accurate diagnosis and quality repairs—not simply getting the car out the door What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience A- or B-level technician ability European experience preferred, but not required Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude, attention to detail, and desire to continually improve Why Bridgewater Motor Works?
