WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced technician who: Has a proven track record as a Flat Rate Automotive Technician Has strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Takes pride in producing quality work efficiently and accurately Is motivated to work hard and maximize productivity Can work independently while contributing to a strong team environment Understands the importance of customer satisfaction and repair quality Is dependable, professional, and committed to doing the job right Wants to continue developing their skills and building a long-term career Is willing to pursue and maintain CDJR certifications Has dealership experience and/or experience working with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you will: Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently Perform maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications Properly document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations Inspect vehicles and identify additional needed repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to keep repairs moving Continue developing technical knowledge and manufacturer-specific skills Pursue CDJR certifications and take advantage of training opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred Proven Flat Rate experience Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction CDJR experience and certifications preferred Ability and willingness to complete manufacturer training and certifications
