Job Overview We are closed Sundays ! Have several top KPI with Toyota National Dedicated call center for Fixed We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Toyota Master Technician to join our dynamic service team. As a Toyota Certified Master Technician MDT, you will be recognized as an expert in automotive repair, diagnostics, and maintenance, specializing in Toyota vehicles but also possessing broad knowledge of various makes and models. Your role is vital in ensuring top-tier service quality, vehicle safety, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical proficiency, leadership skills, and passion for automotive excellence in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Toyota vehicles, including powertrain systems, transmissions, suspension systems, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to accurately identify issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations with precision. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently. Repair vehicle transmission systems, diesel engines, and perform welding or other mechanical repairs as needed. Lead complex repairs involving vehicle systems integration while ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and service staff to promote continuous improvement. Requirements Valid Toyota Master Technician certification along with extensive dealership experience. Proven expertise in automotive diagnostics using advanced tools and software. Strong mechanical knowledge across vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical wiring, suspension, steering, and transmission. Experience working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and ADAS calibration procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair machinery. Familiarity with auto estimating processes and delivering excellent customer service. Ability to interpret complex technical manuals and communicate effectively with team members and customers. Prior experience working on Toyota vehicles or diesel engines is a plus but not mandatory. Pay:
$19.00 - $50.00 per hour
