As the Service Cashier/Cafe Concierge at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis , you will use your customer service skills to greet service customers and assist them with completing service and parts transactions. Responsibilities Cashiering for Parts and Service Responding to customers at the Lexus Cafe, stocking food items Verify closed repair orders Handle bad checks Track vehicles left at the dealership and handle them appropriately Payroll and time cards Customer call backs File service repair orders Handle all customer information Assist the warranty administrator Handle bulk mailers Type all service letters Create service reports Assist with factory rep visits Keep track of Emissions inspectors' licenses Service reminders Requirements High School diploma or higher Ability to communicate professionally Customer service experience and friendly demeanor Accountability and personal integrity are essential, given the nature of the position, which provides access to a client's personal and private information.
