Full-Time Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lube & Tire Technician with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced automotive shop environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires Conduct basic vehicle inspections Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, suspension, and other components Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors or customers Assist technicians with additional automotive service and repair work as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all shop safety procedures

Qualifications:

Previous automotive or tire service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate ASE certification preferred but not required Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic mechanical knowledge Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently Tools & Equipment Technician must provide their own basic hand tools Shop provides specialty equipment and shop machines
