The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality service. The Automotive Technician will play a vital role in delivering reliable vehicle repairs and maintenance to our customers. Responsibilities Perform automotive repair services including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical system repairs. Conduct comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Carry out routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid replacements, and inspections. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems. Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and service recommendations. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Experience Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role within the automotive repair industry. Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic techniques. Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Relevant certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) are preferred but not mandatory.
