Repair vehicle or get parts or someone will bring you parts you will be compensated every step of the way I'm looking for more of a partner than a employee Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electronic issues accurately. Perform repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, powertrain components, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, air brakes, and other mechanical systems with precision. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Repair or replace automotive components including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto body parts, auto electrical systems, and welding as needed. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs in a timely manner while adhering to safety standards. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed in accordance with industry standards. Requirements Proven experience working as a mechanic within the automotive repair industry; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including diesel engines, transmissions, powertrain components, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and automotive diagnostics tools to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, air brake systems, wheel alignments, tire service, shocks & struts replacement, and auto body repair is desirable. Ability to work independently at various client locations while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Valid mechanic certification or relevant licensing; experience working with GM vehicles or heavy equipment mechanics is a plus. Knowledge of welding techniques and auto estimating processes is advantageous.
