Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently. Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical systems. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair industry standards. Expertise in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto body repair, auto estimating. Navigate and utilize CCC ONE estimating software to access repair plans, verify line items, document work, and handle software-driven diagnostic tools. is highly desirable. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wheel alignment procedures, brake repair, shocks & struts replacement, and oil change services.. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in schematics interpretation for complex repairs. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Experienced using modern diagnostic scanners, alignment racks, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
