Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle maintenance to keep vehicles running smoothly. Repair diesel engines and heavy equipment mechanics tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive problems effectively. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Expertise in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and automotive electrical systems. Skilled in diesel engine repair, transmission repair, and automotive suspension system repair. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics software and schematics reading for precise troubleshooting. Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, auto body repair, wheel alignment, shocks & struts, and brake systems. Experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus.
