As a Service Advisor, you'll manage customer interactions from initial vehicle inspection to final delivery, guiding clients through maintenance and repair options while upselling additional services that enhance vehicle performance and safety. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including oil changes, tire service, brake repair, suspension, shocks & struts, alignment, and air brake systems Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating software to accurately identify issues Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers Upsell additional services such as tire rotations, shocks & struts replacements, or collision repairs to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Maintain accurate service writing records and handle cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent client communication Experience Proven dealership experience or auto service management background is highly preferred Strong mechanic experience with hands-on knowledge of automotive repair processes and diagnostics Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Demonstrated success in upselling services while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels Service technician experience or automotive repair background is a plus Excellent communication skills for engaging clients confidently about their vehicle needs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to facilitate test drives or vehicle pick-up/drop-off Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your automotive expertise fuels customer trust and loyalty!
