Job Description
Seeking an ASE Mechanic with 5+ years of experience Must have valid drivers license Ability to speak spanish is preferred but not required Knowledgable about using Alldata (will train if needed) Diagnostic ability is a Plus (need to be able to test parts and sensors to confirm there is a problem and check the OE required specs vs. actual and note everything, must be able to provided evidence of diagnostics and repair recommendation since warranty companies require this and ask lots of follow up questions that need to be answered prior to job approval) Work well with others, this is a shop that works as a team Ability to communicate efficiently and in a timely manner Punctuality is key Keep work space and shop clean/organized Ability to speak to customers and maintaining excellent customer service (ASE Certified tech will not speak to customers unless asked to do so by management) ability to research issues and find service bulletins or recalls (must have your own tools) but be a citizen or have a tax id for employment Include compensation request, and copy of ASE certificates & other courses completed
