Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Lube and Tire Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire replacements, and minor mechanical repairs. Your expertise will ensure our customers' vehicles operate safely and efficiently while delivering outstanding service that keeps them coming back. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, fluid replacements, and vehicle inspections using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal engine performance. Replace tires, perform tire rotations, and provide tire service to enhance vehicle safety and handling. Assist with wheel alignments and minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections and suspension checks. Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and mechanical tasks Support overall vehicle maintenance efforts by performing routine inspections and ensuring all work meets dealership standards. Qualification Knowledge of standard passenger car operation, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical repair techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform oil changes, tire service, minor repairs, and alignments. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Familiarity with automotive service standards and safety procedures is a plus.
