Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional automotive service, fostering customer satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of our dealership. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engines. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently. Conduct wheel alignments, brake inspections, suspension repairs, and steering system diagnostics to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring timely completion of all work orders. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive service technician background with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and understanding of automotive electrical systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software. Service technician experience involving transmissions, powertrain systems, wheel alignments, and general automotive repair. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Valid certification in automotive repair (such as ASE certification) is highly desirable; ongoing training encouraged. Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
