Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including steam cleaning of carpets, tile & grout, upholstery and concrete. As well as stripping and waxing VCT Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet extractors, and other steam cleaning tools safely and effectively. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to access hard-to-reach areas or transport cleaning supplies. Manage the organization and restocking of cleaning supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy. Communicate professionally with clients

Experience Prior experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on steam cleaning carpets Demonstrated ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Experience in outdoor work environments or handling heavy lifting is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday. Strong client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Knowledge of cleaning enzymes and carpet care techniques is highly desirable.
