Starting Pay:

Guaranteed Base Rate:

? $23•$25

Hourly Incentive Earnings:

Earn 35% of your service labor sales. When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay.

Role:

What will you do? ? + Servicing light mechanical vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at various client sites. Conditions can include working outside. + Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation? + Using a company vehicle, you will be traveling to the client site to perform these services + Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision What's in it for you: ? + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription drug, vision, dental plans and Wellness Program + 401(k) with company matching?with a 2% Match???? + Life Insurance (100% Company Paid)? + 40 Hours of vacation time in your first year and holidays? + Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250?? + On-going Training and further career advancement opportunities?? Basic Requirements + Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age. + Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience. + Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
