Responsibilities Prepare vehicles by cleaning, inspecting, and masking areas to ensure proper rust-proofing application Apply rust-proofing treatments using spray guns, undercoating machines, or other specialized equipment Assist with shop maintenance, including organizing tools, supplies, and work areas to promote safety and efficiency Support the team during vehicle inspections and quality checks post-treatment to guarantee customer satisfaction Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and meet daily production goals Qualifications Basic knowledge of automotive systems or previous experience in vehicle maintenance is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures closely Good communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork Prior experience with spray equipment or automotive coatings is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering top-tier rust protection that extends vehicle life and enhances customer satisfaction!
