Job Description

Automotive TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We just completed a brand new ground up dealership project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We primarily are seeking a heavy-line technician to remove and replace engines, transmissions, and powertrain assemblies, as well as tear down to point of failure. However there would also be diagnostic, repairs, and used car reconditioning involved. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, brakes, tires, and alignments Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently Use diagnostic equipment and repair software Complete repairs according to manufacturer and company standards Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance needs clearly Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience preferred ASE certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and work ethic Own tools preferred Benefits Competitive pay Performance bonuses Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan options Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Positive team-oriented work environment Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Pay Compensation based on experience and certifications.
