Duties Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and mechanical repairs. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Manage daily workflow as a team leader or technician, ensuring timely completion of all service tasks. Assist in training new team members on proper procedures and safety standards to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Experience Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience with a strong background in mechanic work. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical repair techniques. Hands-on experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and basic vehicle maintenance. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
