Job Summary Automotive Service Advisor We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers.
• Handling incoming phone calls, scheduling and managing service appointments.
• Accurately documenting customer concerns and repair needs to relay to the mechanics.
• Recommending maintenance services and additional service opportunities when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge and strong typing skills are required
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
