Duties Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles, ensuring all services are completed to the highest standards. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during service operations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs and service options. Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services that enhance vehicle performance or safety. Conduct heavy lifting as required when handling parts or equipment during maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Strong understanding of automotive systems, including familiarity with oil change procedures and general maintenance practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on your feet for extended periods. Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment safely. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are a plus. A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to vehicle maintenance is essential.
